Sky Trailhead to Sky Campground

It’s a short, scenic hike from the trailhead to Sky Campground — just 1.3 miles with moderate elevation gain. After setting up camp, follow the Woodward Valley Trail to Coast Camp for stunning ocean views. Enjoy lunch on the beach, then return to Sky Campground via the Fire Lane Trail to complete the loop.

Starting Trailhead: Sky
Ending Trailhead: Sky

Day 1

Head to Sky Camp via Sky Trail. Drop packs. (1.3 miles)

Hike to Coast Camp via Woodward Valley Trail. Eat lunch at the beach. (4.1 miles)

After lunch, take Fire Lane Trail to the Sky Trail junction. (2.3 miles)

Turn right onto Sky Trail to head back to Sky Campground. (.5 miles)

Day 2

Hike out in the same manner you hiked in. (1.3 miles)

For an additional day, add on 1 night at Coast Camp.
